Celerity Automation, Inc. introduced their new linear drive technology at NA2006, the largest material handling industry trade show held in the United States in 2006. The Celerity exhibit was the largest in the show, and attracted many hundreds of visitors who came to see the new technology demonstrated. A press conference and special demonstration for industry journalists was held and attended by magazine editors from the United States and Canada. Also during the show, a special demonstration was held for VIP executives of companies which are especially likely to benefit from the new technology. Reaction to the Celerity message was good and spirited. Several important application possibilities engendered negotiations that are ongoing.
