Executives and managers of Celerity are a first rate team of dedicated professionals. All managers have been closely involved in Celerity’s development.

Michael Maynard

President of Celerity Automation, Inc., Mr. Maynard holds both a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kentucky. Mr. Maynard began his work at Ward Engineering in 1994 as electrical engineering manager, where he managed the design, installation and integration of automated control systems for the manufacturing equipment design and built by Ward Engineering. Among his many accomplishments was the development of the direct-drive linear servo technology used for the LTV, later adopted by Celerity Automation. In addition to his engineering duties, he assisted Mr. Ward in the management operations of the company. Since 2000, Mr. Maynard continued to provide contract engineering design and consulting services as president and founder of Industrial Automation Consultants, LLC, until joining the Celerity team in late 2002. As president of Celerity Automation, Inc., he is responsible for new technology development and management of the company operations.
